RENTAL POLICY

Rental Requirements

To rent any camera or equipment, customers must:

Present one (1) valid government-issued ID.

Complete the online booking form.

Agree to the rental terms and conditions.

Pay the rental fee upon pickup.

Pay the required refundable security deposit.

Security Deposit​

A refundable security deposit is required upon pickup.

Rental Duration

Rental rates are based on a 24-hour period unless otherwise agreed.

Customers may choose longer rental durations during booking.

Extensions are subject to equipment availability.

Pickup & Return

Customers must pick up and return the equipment on the agreed schedule.

Please arrive on time to avoid delays for other customers.

Late Returns

Late returns may incur additional charges.

₱30 per hour (late return)

If the delay exceeds one day, an additional daily rental charge may apply.

Loss or Damage

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

Please note: Reservation fees are non-refundable. Customers who fail to arrive on the scheduled pickup date and time without prior notice (no-show) will forfeit their reservation fee.

Memory Card Privacy

Any files left on rented memory cards may be permanently deleted during routine maintenance. Please back up your photos before returning the equipment.

Battery Reminder

Please return all batteries, chargers, cables, and included accessories together with the rented equipment.
